I wanted to create behavioral flex as a way to help people struggling with mental health. It can be an overwhelming, and even an uncomfortable topic. I wanted to create a safe space for people to access this therapy. I put a lot of thought into this website, based around what I have experienced with my own mental health obstacles, and the ambition to cater to the needs of people experiencing challenges with mental health. I think I have something special here for you all, because I am providing you with CBT tools, in a convenient, private, concise way. By taking the teachings of David Burns, I am giving you the actual breakdown of how to practice CBT and apply it to your own life.
